The Policy & Strategy Hackathon provides an opportunity for the top 9 individuals selected from the Call-to-Action (CTA) Jobs Challenge across the continent to pitch proposals of new or existing initiatives, and receive live feedback from expert judges who will help them transform these ideas into implementable policies. It is a highly participatory and dynamic exercise in which interdisciplinary teams of experts (policymakers, entrepreneurs, researchers) provide feedback to refine and stress-test proposals in real time.
Winning solutions are identified for further development through the Post-Forum Implementation Clock, ensuring that promising ideas do not remain theoretical but progress toward pilot implementation, adoption, and scaling.
